**In this role, you'll**:
- ** Be a Subject Matter Expert**: Analyze coverage, identify exposures, recommend coverage options, process policy changes and renewals, manage inquiries, and adhere to underwriting guidelines and agency standards.
- ** Be a Meticulous Record Keeper**: Use of Epic to maintain account documentation, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
- ** Be an Insurance Professional**: Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
- ** Be a Lifelong Learner**: Stay informed on industry updates, trends, product information, changes to legislation, and new technology. Your expertise will make a difference.
- ** Pay Attention to Details**: As a consultant, you'll identify coverage gaps, seek appropriate solutions, and draft expert submissions.
**What it takes**:
- Level 2 Alberta Insurance License is required.
- You have ample commercial insurance experience and a proven track record of success.
