**1‑Full Time‑Maintenance Worker III**
**Maintenance**
Reporting to the Coordinator ‑ Physical Plant & Mechanical, the Maintenance Worker III (Millwright) is responsible for
the preventative maintenance and repair of all mechanical building systems, as well as various pieces of department
specific equipment.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a proven background as a millwright and general mechanical skills or licenses, including:
- Licensed Journeyman Industrial Mechanical Millwright required;
- In addition, a gasfitter or refrigeration ticket, or HVAC experience, would be considered an asset;
- Strong Mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting and repair experience required;
- Working knowledge of electrical safety, building or life safety systems, and instrumentation would be an asset;
- Ability to exhibit a courteous and professional manner when interacting with colleagues, staff, patients, and visitors;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Valid Driver's License;
- Physically able to perform duties and work in extreme conditions as required.
Salary Range: $35.90 - $37.397
