Allied Universal is seeking** Professional Security Guards** in Durham Region, ON.

**Title: Security Guard**

**Location: Durham Region, ON**

**Payrate: $16. 55/hour-$17.00/hour**

**Schedule: Continental Rotation, Various Shift Times**

**Overview**:
**Requirement**:

- 1-2 years of experience in security.
- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to **40** hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least **25** years old due to company insurance requirements on vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
