**Position summary**

The objective of the Brand Manager is to successfully launch an international dessert brand in Ontario (GTA).

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Leads our dessert’s band store opening, retail design and operational support processes in Ontario
- Supervises the new store construction or negotiates lease agreements to ensure the best deal for the franchisee
- Develops specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates
- Reviews and presents monthly reports on performance against operating plans and standards
- Develops district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results
- Coordinates recruitment and training of corporate stores employees and leads new franchisee onboarding process
- Coaches operational excellence in each store, including customer service, scheduling, staffing, training, and inventory management.

- Strong relationship building and leadership skills
- Understanding of operations and project management principles
