Predator Ridge Resort is celebrating our 33rd year and employ 400 team members seasonally. We provide a safe,

- When you join the F&B Carts and Concession team you will be alternating between our two 18-hole courses that
- rotate between public play and members only. You will also alternate between the 2 on-course concessions. Your
- focus is our players and making sure you are visible and accessible. This role requires a person who works well
- independently with great communication skills.
- **WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting directly to the Assistant F&B Manager - Outlets, you will play an integral role in managing our guest
- requests in a friendly and courteous manner. You must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.- Learn and promote the developments services, facilities, and amenities to be able to direct guests accordingly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items in a timely manner.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and acknowledged.
- Operate concession equipment and computer system.
- Proficient and responsible in handling cash.
- Assist with counting, stocking, and storing inventory and supplies.
- Ensure all areas are always maintained in a tidy and clean fashion.
- Assist with training new team members when required.
- Understand and adhere to laws and company policies regarding serving food and alcohol.
- Understand and adhere to rules and regulations regarding golf course play, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have your Serving it Right.
- Must have Food Safe Level 1.
- Must have WHMIS.
- Must have a Valid driver’s license.
- Must be minimum 19 years of age.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with POS computer system.
- Flexibility of availability based on groups, events, and business demands.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lift 30lb kegs and wine cases on

a regular basis while working in a high-pressure environment.

**COMPENSATION:
- $16.75 per hour plus tips
