Air Liquide is currently in need of a Plant/Facility Manager who will be responsible for managing plant cylinder production to achieve optimum operating performance consistent with the corporate philosophy, business strategies and operating plans. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established, incredibly safety conscious organization that offers a dynamic role, directly contributing to the growth of Air Liquide and customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will be managing a Medium Sized Industrial Cylinder Filling Plant in Winnipeg (5 operators) with management of Medical Cylinder Filling Plant in Saskatoon (4 operators) as well.
- Providing direction and supervision while ensuring day-to-day execution to achieve all

plant operating objectives
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure the safety of all employees through

adherence to organizational safety standards and practices, drive a continuous

improvement and lean manufacturing environment.
- Ensure the facility is running at optimal efficiency by maintaining and managing

equipment maintenance to minimize downtimes unnecessary costs.
- Oversee the prioritization and progression on key initiatives and the development of

goals, operational budgets, and operational processes

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- 5+ years of previous progressive and leadership experience within an industrial

Management role.
- Excellent business acumen and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with proven ability to lead and motivate, while

being able to foster positive relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve production and project management targets in

accordance with quality, cost and time requirements.
- Demonstrated capabilities to run an operating unit, including strong conceptual,

planning, negotiating, problem-solving, strategy development and execution skills.
- Experience working in a unionized environment would be a STRONG asset.
