**Votre prochain défi en tant que T**echnicien d'entretien d'aéronef (TEA M2)**:
Relevant du **superviseur des Opérations,** le technicien d'entretien d'aéronef (TEA M2) effectuera les travaux et sera prêt à signer une fiche de maintenance pour son travail. L'employé doit être titulaire d'une licence de TEA de Transports Canada, dont la classe est appropriée. Le TEA doit avoir démontré un niveau de connaissance acceptable de l'OMA et de son programme de qualité, et il doit avoir reçu l'autorisation de l'ACA de signer une fiche de maintenance concernant les travaux effectués sur les produits aéronautiques. Les fonctions de ce poste incluent, sans s'y limiter:

- Exécution du travail, incluant la certification, dans le respect des processus approuvés.
- Signaler toute condition nuisant à la navigabilité (y compris les conditions de travail difficiles).
- Utiliser les appareils de mesure et l'équipement d'essai standard certifiés et étalonnés.
- Se familiariser avec les politiques et processus de L3 MAS.
- Guider, avitailler et remorquer l'aéronef.
- Maintenir une zone de travail propre.
- Assumer la responsabilité de son travail en apposant sa signature ou son estampille.
- Effectuer des tâches comme la réparation, la modification et la maintenance des aéronefs conformément aux procédures de maintenance approuvées.
- Se familiariser avec le MPM et les processus connexes.
- Respecter les règlements sur la santé et la sécurité au travail en tout temps.
- Capacité de se déplacer à bord de l'aéronef pour effectuer l'entretien et les réparations nécessaires dans le monde entier.
- Effectuer toutes les formations et tâches attribuées à temps.
- Participer au comité du programme du système de gestion de la sécurité des aéronefs, à la demande.

**Compétences et connaissances essentielles**:

- Détenir une licence de TEA M (obligatoire) et posséder les qualifications requises pour les avions lourds A330.
- Avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience de travail sur les avions A330.
- Avoir une attitude positive et être en mesure de bien travailler en équipe.
- Être efficace et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de travail exigeant.
- Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office.
