TruNorth Yamaha, RV & Marine (TruNorth) is looking for an entrepreneurial, motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the operation of TruNorth in Prince Albert Saskatchewan including TruNorth Yamaha RV & Marine, TruNorth Homes and Alumarine.

**Management and Supervisory Responsibilities**
- Develop overall strategic direction and vision to guide the company’s mission and objectives in support of corporate goals.
- Provide direction and coordination for all areas of TruNorth operations including safety, profitability, overall facility operation, function and appearance.
- With input from department managers, develop and implement annual sales and expense plans to be approved by the BOD.
- Lead and direct the managers and staff of TruNorth to achieve revenue, budget, volume and financial targets, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability goals.
- Develop communicate and promote policies, procedures and processes for TruNorth that enhance the overall operation and effectiveness with safety as a primary focus.
- Review records and reports to evaluate TruNorth performance.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and financing partners.
- Research and pursue profitable opportunities to increase profitability.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of the dealership operations, seeking to identify and implement improvements and enhancements to increase the profitability of the store.
- Establish and implement communication strategies throughout the store.
- Report quarterly to the Board of Directors, including the creation of a corporate report that highlights operations and forecasts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans to increase growth and profitability.

**Customer Service**
- Model superior customer service behavior by demonstrating positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Handle customer complaints that department managers have not been able to resolve, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
- Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously, and with dignity.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding customer information and other programs.
- Maintain a clean and attractive dealership/lot.

**Qualifications & Job Requirements**
- Five years or more of progressive management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all financial and management aspects of a multi-million-dollar business including understanding Financial Statements.
- Understanding of financing and selling of backend products.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain quality employees.
- Experience as a powersports GM, Sales Manager, GSM or Operator is preferred or within a similar market with multi-line experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency - Word, Excel, experience with Lightspeed would be an asset, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal/interpersonal
- Superior training, mentoring, organizing and motivational skills, with a focus on client and team satisfaction, while focusing on delivering excellence.
