- $1,000.00- Build, coach, mentor and lead a high performing team of actuarial talent
- Move the organization forward through continuous improvement by sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure industry best practices are adopted with regards to actuarial concepts and methods
- Work on impactful initiatives within various parts of the business such as asset/liability management, reinsurance, capital management, automation and analytics
- Build and maintain a tracking system to manage key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical/industry developments
- Develop actuarial assumptions for valuation models and recommend assumption changes to AA
- Document and improve regular processes in order to increase speed and reduce likelihood of misreporting
- Supervise and be in charge for monthly and quarterly reserve and capital requirement reporting
- Be in charge for the annual performance of the FCT analysis
- In charge of supervising the maintenance and creation of new experience studies
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and FSA/FCIA designations
- Knowledge of insurance industry terminology and concepts
- Strong relationship building skills establishing credibility and fostering cross-functional relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills needed to effectively communication with internal stakeholders
- Ability to make presentations to business units, senior management, and external stakeholders, as well as prepare presentation materials
- Proficiency in AXIS and Excel
- Experience working with RiskIntegrity
- Proven strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results
- Expertise with actuarial/statistical methods and performing research and statistical analyses
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, teamwork and accountability
- A leader who can mentor, coach and grow actuarial talent
- A champion for team engagements
