Acheson, Canada SMS Equipment Inc. Full time

At **SMS Equipment, **our **CRM Program Manager** is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the SMS Equipment CRM Product. This includes understanding and aligning our best business practices into the best practices and processes within CRM as well as the creation and implementation of the CRM Roadmap while working in conjunction with Business Line Leaders to drive CRM adoption. This position is based in **Acheson, AB.**

This position offers a **hybrid **work arrangement.

The salary range for this position is **$90,000 - $110,000.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Identify, assess, and execute process improvements via a CRM that increase efficiency and capabilities across all areas of SMS Business Lines.
- Be a leader for Culture Change through the introduction of Lean Principles and Organization Wide Process Improvements with digital solutions.
- Technical Owner of the CRM Platform.
- Align Business Process Improvements with the CRM Product Strategy & Roadmap.
- Lead and manage the CRM program implementation change process.
- Optimize and simplify existing system workflows.
- Challenge business requirements to drive optimal technical implementation.
- Work with key business leaders to identify KPIs and design BI Reporting to support these.
- Be a change champion with strong focus on new value creation for SMS.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology that if implemented would result in operation efficiency improvements.
- Work collaboratively with OEMs and other dealer partners to fully leverage existing CRM Best Practices

**Qualifications**:

- Thorough understanding of business processes, data structure, reporting and internal controls.
- Knowledge of system integration technologies.
- Strong Business Process Analytics skills.
- Ability to lead, collaborate with and influence cross functional teams.
- Heavy equipment dealership experience with a strong understanding of CRM platform best practices in the industry is an asset.
- Ability to influence change via well prepared communications and presentations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills; particular focus on data analytics and BI report generation (PowerBI).
- Confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
