**Job opportunity**:Assistant Principal - Landing Trail Intermediate School**:
Aspen View Public Schools, with a division office located in the town of Athabasca, is a rural school division providing diverse and innovative programming to students in a number of communities. The division is unique in that it is surrounded by a multitude of lakes, golf courses and trails that appeal to an active, outdoor lifestyle while still being in close proximity to larger urban centers.

Many schools within Aspen View are geographically located to allow beginning teachers to meet the requirements of the Northern Student Teacher Bursary and/or Northern Alberta Development Council bursaries

Landing Trail Intermediate School (LTIS) is a Grade 4-6 dual track school (English program and French Immersion) located in Athabasca, Alberta which is 1.5 hours North of Edmonton. LTIS is uniquely nestled beside the Muskeg Creek Trails, well known for hiking, running, cross-country skiing and nature exploration. Presently, approximately 280 students attend LTIS. Our school priorities focus on academic and social success. Our inclusive environment provides opportunities for students to grow academically, socially and emotionally.

This position will commence with the 2023-2024 school year.
