**About the Opportunity**:

This is accomplished across four management zones which are responsible for the operation of acute care health centres and the provision of a variety of inpatient and community based programs and services including mental health and addictions, primary health care, public health and continuing care.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Information systems or health related field required
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in Clinical Application implementation required, previous Lead experience preferred
- Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and work experience
- Project Management and change management certification would be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of healthcare industry required; familiarity with clinical and administrative hospital functions and departments preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**About you continued**:

- Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight
- Experience in data analytics
- Ability to perform independently and manage workflow appropriately
- Ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate and manage the work of a major program or function within the department
- Ability to lead and direct hardware and software upgrades
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong working relationships
- Strong communication skills-written and oral and the ability to present in large groups
- Ability to demonstrate project management, customer service and support skills, and ability to escalate and contribute to resolving issues accordingly
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work, MS Visio and MS Power-Point
- Proficient in using iPads and comfortable in troubleshooting and assembling hardware (Kiosk-type devices)

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$37.66 - $47.07 Hourly
