**Project Coordinator & WMS Specialist**

**Role Summary**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the DC operations managers to identify, evaluate and prioritize improvement related to Distribution and e-fulfillment operations;
- Support distribution and e-fulfillment operations improvement projects;
- Develop training documentation and conduct training as needed;
- Maintain and update the DC team training documentation platform;
- Partner with DC team to ensure the field leaders are kept informed of ongoing initiatives (process improvements, new system features, etc.).

**Warehouse Management System (WMS)**
- Act as a point of contact for everything related to the WMS by ensuring the understanding and the proper use of the WMS by users.
- Identify and resolve problems while advising and training colleagues on the proper way to perform transactions.
- Perform new WMS feature testing and develop training documentation once features are ready to be deployed in production;
- Train and communicate system changes to the users, including translating system functionality into business relevant language;
- Configure and maintain handhelds, barcode machines and other tools related to WMS system;
- Develop reports to support DC management team.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the Distribution Centre teams and cross-functionally with other divisions/departments.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- DEC in Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in leading change and process improvement projects (in a distribution centre environment preferred);
- Knowledge of IT system testing and documentation (Warehouse Management Systems an asset);
- Skilled in Microsoft and Google environments;
- Bilingual, French and English, written and spoken;
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing key business objectives;
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong team player;
- Collaboration and teamwork;
- Ability to resolve problems;
- Sense of duty (accountability);
- Excellent communication skills.
