**What to Expect**:
This role will oversee financial planning processes (Market Business Strategy, Annual Resource Allocation, Dynamic Forecast) for the Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals Supplements brands under Nestlé Health Science and Atrium Innovations. With strong growth in the Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals Supplements category, driven by acquisitions and organic expansion, this position will play a crucial role in implementing key planning activities and contributing to the strategic decision-making.

**A day in the life**:

- Establish and improve business planning process for Sales, Operations, and Controlling, including forecasting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive planning cycles for Vitamins, Minerals, Herbals Supplements category, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using appropriate management tools.
- Review monthly performance, identify risks to targets, and develop action plans.
- Optimize planning tools, document procedures, and ensure system integration and consistency.
- Analyse and optimize product portfolio, participate in Brand and Portfolio Optimization discussions.
- Support commercial decisions to maximize ROI from Trade Spend/Marketing Investment perspective.
- Act as ambassador and provide training needs for Finance & Control.

**Role Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree with a major or minor in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 years of related work experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in controlling.
- Proven ability to drive insights from disparate data sources, utilizing high level data analytics skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods or pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to promote teamwork, establish partnerships, and effectively influence cross-functional business decisions.
- Highly analytical and strategic, eager to drive transformation.
