**Job Duties**:

- Scheduling Technicians
- Ordering parts from Vendors
- Posting accounts payable & managing accounts receivable in a time sensitive manner.
- Receiving parts physically and in software
- Coordinate, schedule & dispatch service calls, prepare work-orders and organize parts for upcoming jobs.
- Coordinate any changes in scheduling & booked appointments to ensure that schedule is always current.
- Customer payment reconciliation
- Ensure that customer inspection reports on completed work orders are prepared and processed in a time sensitive manner & provided to the customer as directed.
- Invoicing and Shipping parts to customers
- Organize, conduct and reconciliation of routine cycle counts
- Maintaining and managing a clean and organized inventory

**Required**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Must be able to to work under little or no supervision
- Experience with various software programs - computer programs
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Exemplary Customer Service Experience
