The folks from Le Hibou in Wakefield are building a team for the new Oiseau Bleu global haute cuisine restaurant located at the recently revived Motel Chelsea. Be part of a new and exciting team. Bring a great attitude and experience in the industry. You will be working in direct conjunction with our restaurant manager to ensure the standard of quality and consistency is maintained.

Situated in the Gatineau Hills, where the river and forest trails merge with a vibrant arts culture, Motel Chelsea is a hub of natural and man-made beauty, and local community. An art motel with 7 rooms and 2 two-bedroom suites, a restaurant, fine food shop, and an event space, the Motel Chelsea features curated local art, vintage touches with modern appointments, and globally-inspired food and beverage menus that capitalize on the abundance of local farmers in the area. An escape to nature where locals, foodies, culture -seekers, and travellers intersect.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $11.40 per hour
