This role requires a professional with a proven track record in leading diverse teams, managing complex projects, delivering results on time and within budget, and with strong organizational & analytical skills and project management experience. *Duties & Responsibilities:*
- Manage the end-to-end of the entire development process of the project from due-diligence, planning, design, scheduling and budgeting; to approvals, implementation and completion, ensuring alignment with project vision and objectives.
- Work with the project team and consultants to execute project plans.
- Work in a collaborative fashion with the project team including construction, leasing, and sales & marketing to ensure project milestones are achieved in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage the approval process ensuring that the appropriate approvals are in place at each stage of the development process as required.
- Monitor project deliverables and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases.
- Travel as required to project sites, municipalities, and to meet with consultants. *Qualifications:*
- A minimum of two years of previous multi-family residential and/or mixed-use development experience is an asset.
- Proven success and passion for real estate industry.
- Demonstrated ability to sustaining strong relationships with team members, partners, consultants, community stakeholders, tenants and government authorities.
- Ability to work within a team environment as both a team member and as a leader.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills coupled with good business acumen and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Experience working with sales & marketing teams, familiarity with contracts & tenant leases and knowledge of the construction process.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel. Previous experience using MS Project will be considered an asset. *Education:
