**Franchise Support & Analytics Administrator**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Perform consistent inspections and audits with extensive attention to detail.
- Compile and present findings in an organized matter.
- Ensure all work is accurate and organized.
- Demonstrate extensive attention to detail skills.
- Escalate policy and ministry infractions to management in an efficient manner.
- Provide feedback for all inspection and audit findings.
- Conduct follow ups for all findings.
- Perform repetitive tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the Fixing Long Term Care Act, Retirement Homes Act, Employment Standards Act.
- Maintain knowledge of General Public Health Guidelines and Directives that pertain to the sector.
- Assist the Franchise Support Team members in daily administrative functions as needed.
- Maintain thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge and organization of all main platforms; Outlook, StaffStat Surge Learning, Smartsheet, Bamboo HR, Canva, Zoom, the Plan A LTC Drive etc.
- Attend networking, team building and professional development events.
- Maintain the organizations brand integrity and consistency in all areas of practice.
- Maintain necessary files; sort, file, retrieve documents and records as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
- Support other departments as required in respect to compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Franchise Compliance, Support & Analytics Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain positive energy and is an active team player

- Ability to take initiative and be self-directed, adaptable, and innovative
- Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility and the ability to work with others in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities, strong time management skills, particularly in managing deadlines and/or high peak work periods.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model
- College OR experience equivalent
- Related work experience is required.
- Strong grammatical skills set in English & French
- Bilingual is preferred.
