**What you’ll do**:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Motivated Collaborative Business leader with Outside-in Mindset to meet top line growth goals and drive global engagement programs
Scale our solutions globally within targeted strategic accounts and develop C-Level content and narrative for our Grid Automation Solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Responsible for strategic customer and partner engagement- Create customer advisory board along with EATON expert advisory board
- Collaborate with account manager to manage executive relationship with strategic accounts
- Organize VoC to define use case for Grid Automation worldwide
- Support C-level customer meetings in all regions
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects and Product Management to validate Market Requirement Documents and increase wallet share for multi-year programs with recurring revenue

Responsible for ADPS and grid automation solution campaigns- Develop C-Level thought leadership: creation of Industry Advisory Board,
- Collaborate with account manager to set regular executive meetings
- Develop partnership with ecosystem for go-to-market: distributor, integrator, consultants
- Develop collaterals for C-Level audience with marketing (white paper, presentation), Present at key conferences / webinars
- Organize partnership with EATON divisions (equipment, services)
- Collaborate with marketing to develop executive level messaging worldwide
- Support launch of products in regions
- Develop the link between product managers, sales, services to develop an inventory of solution requirements for Eaton, and work with product managers to enhance features in the Eaton software and digital offerings, specific to the account profile
- Role also involves doing business development with utilities accounts

KPIs- Create customer advisory board and organize year events
- Execute operational plan to achieve revenue growth
- Drive Creation and operation of Channel Partner Ecosystem for system integrators and value add resellers

**Qualifications**:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with large, complex, multi-geography initiatives in commercial and technical functions
- In depth understanding of Electrical utility domain and digital transformation challenges preferably from a utility planning and grid operations department.
- Travel 30%
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
