**Job Profile**:
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and department heads to coordinate marketing initiatives across all divisions.

**Job Duties**:

- General
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and department heads to coordinate marketing initiatives across all divisions.
- Act as a liaison between DFI and third-party contractors.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running and coordination of marketing and communication activities.
- Assist in the development of initiatives, associated budgets, and work planning.
- Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager on monitoring deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with DFI’s 3rd party marketing contractor in, or, developing marketing tools, including presentations, advertisements, brochures, editorials, case studies, wall calendars, white papers, photos and videos content.
- SWAG
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source, control brand standards, and manage inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
- Brand
- Assist in the enhancement and implementation of the company's brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and attractive brand image.
- Work closely with DFI’s marketing agency to ensure the consistency of DFI’s brand across all media.
- Evaluate and uphold brand guidelines across all business units worldwide.
- Digital
- Contribute to the development and execution of content calendars, including posting and managing content for campaigns.
- Work closely with DFI’s marketing agency to, or, respond to all digital inquiries about DFI and its various business units.
- Develop and maintain a Digital Library of all approved imagery, including templates, logos, icons, photos, videos, literature, and other design shapes to be used for marketing communication and production purposes, including the utilization of tag words.
- Multi-Media
- Provide graphic design and creative writing support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to request and provide support for content creation.
- Review and oversee the completion of marketing collateral done in-house or by external suppliers.
- Event Management
- Work closely with the Business Development team, Social Committee, DFI’s event management contractor, and other internal stakeholders in coordinating events including tradeshows, conferences, summits, and employee engagements events etcetera.
- Attend and support events (i.e., Tradeshows, Golf Tournament, Employee Engagement Events) as needed.
- Communications
- Work with department heads and the Senior Business Development Manager to support communication projects and initiatives.
- Proofread communications to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Develop quality communications materials across multiple channels and audiences, including but not limited to corporate communications, presentations, web copy, newsletters, and other as required.
