**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties using advanced camera equipment and techniques.
- Showcase properties in their best light, highlighting unique features and architectural details to create visually appealing content.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team and real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Stay up-to-date with photography and videography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and deliver cutting-edge results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Proficiency in using professional-grade camera equipment, including high-resolution cameras, lenses, and lighting gear.
- A strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling to create compelling property visuals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Must posess a vehicle.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with drone photography/videography for aerial shots of properties is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D virtual tours and other innovative real estate marketing technologies.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry, understanding the unique requirements of property marketing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
