- Able to work on outdoors gardens in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leading a crew of 2-3 crew members
- Clocking employees in/out of jobs, through our LMN app
- Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders, and blowing off hard surfaces.
- Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve the growth using shears, pruners or trimmers
- Picking up leaves, trash and cut grass and placing onto burlap and loading onto a truck or trailer
- Perform weeding
- Operating leaf blowers and string trimmers
- Operating mechanical hedge trimmers
- Assisting with other landscaping jobs as required
- Cut, trim, edge all grounds.

- Enjoy being part of a professional team
- Be able to safely drive a cube van with crew and equipment to the job sites
- Be comfortable operating, training and supervising assistants to operate professional lawn equipment
- Be physically fit and energetic with great work ethic. Able to lift, bend and carry effectively. Able to walk for long periods. Able to be active all day
- Be able to plan ahead and schedule the work week, but able to adjust and make decisions on the ground as necessary
- Possess good attention to detail skills
- Able to motivate and lead crew members by listening, teaching, giving direction and offering constructive criticism
- Possess a passion for physical, outdoor work. Enjoy and take great pride in creating a quality landscape
- Be willing and able to work outside in all weather
- Lead by example - Comply with and explain all company policies and regulations to crew members
- Look forward to returning to this seasonal position each year,

**The work - Early April to mid-November-CAN LEAD TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT**

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
