**Quelques-unes des tâches**:
En tant que conseiller en ventes sans fil, vous êtes un expert en expérience client dans le service sans fil. Vous contribuez à notre culture dans laquelle vous allez travailler, apprendre et évoluer pour nos clients et associés. Passionné par la technologie sans fil, vous enrichissez continuellement vos connaissances en vous engageant à poursuivre votre perfectionnement personnel et à interagir avec l’équipe des plus grands magasins et d’autres unités commerciales pour partager votre expertise. Il s’agit principalement d’un poste de représentant des ventes, vous aidez nos clients particuliers et commerciaux à atteindre leurs objectifs de travail et d'apprentissage en partageant vos connaissances, vos expériences et votre enthousiasme à l’égard des derniers produits, services et tendances sans fil.
**Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de**:
- Connecter, partager et établir des partenariats avec les clients, déterminer et convertir les occasions de vente de produits sans fil et filaires;
- Aider les clients en répondant à leurs besoins et en dépassant leurs attentes; Être un expert des produits et des services de notre entreprise;
- Reprendre contact avec les clients et effectuer le suivi auprès d’eux pour solliciter des commentaires sur les ventes; promouvoir des produits et des services supplémentaires qui créent de la valeur;
- Collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe du magasin pour faire connaître les offres; Susciter l'enthousiasme pour le sans-fil et encourager les recommandations;
- Réaliser des objectifs de vente personnels;
- Maintenir les normes de marchandisage de l'entreprise, y compris les prix actuels;
- Favoriser la conformité des procédures de protection des biens et des normes de confidentialité;
- Rester à jour par le biais des différents canaux de communication internes (appli mobile, intranet, babillards, etc.); Résoudre efficacement les préoccupations des clients et recourir à la direction, au besoin.
**Les Qualifications**:
**Quelques prérequis**
- 3 mois à 1 an d’expérience en ventes ou particulièrement en ventes de produits sans fil;
- Avoir le souci du client et être orienté vers le service;
- Faire preuve de bonnes aptitudes à la vente;
- Démontrer une capacité à encadrer les autres;
- Capacité à communiquer avec les clients de façon efficace en utilisant une variété de méthodes;
- Capacité à planifier, à organiser et à établir les priorités de façon efficace pour bien s’acquitter ses responsabilités quotidiennes et servir nos clients;
