Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to join our growing team as a Control Centre Supervisor. This role will be based out of our Hamilton location.

The Control Centre Supervisor is responsible for supporting operations by working with Field staff and other Administrative staff to ensure all day to day administrative and coordination tasks of the team are executed.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Assist in overseeing the day to day operations of Control Centre team
- Manage priorities to meet department goals
- Escalate issues to the Director or PMO for resolution as required
- Optimize and create efficiencies in work processes and resources
- Establish Key performance indicators as needed for operation decisions
- Assist in the weekly payroll process
- Responsible for production of various reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Other administrative functions as required
- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.

**THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES**:

- Minimum of 5 years of administrative work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience an asset
- Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products; specifically, strong excel skills
- Experience with Quick base an asset
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
