**NOTE**:This position represents a temporary contract until April 30, 2026.

**SCOPE**
Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, the incumbent serves as the internal contact for all campus recruitment activities for John Molson School of Business students and as the lead for all Career Management Services (CMS) marketing efforts. The incumbent advises clients on CMS solutions to fit employer hiring needs. In addition, they develop marketing and communications collateral to advance CMS’ campus recruitment and career programming objectives.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the logistics of all in-person and virtual campus recruitment activities: Career fairs, company information sessions, expo days, career cafes, networking events and industry panel presentations.
- Assist, as required, with events organized by student organizations, John Molson School of Business Alumni, employers and professional associations.
- Build contacts and maintain liaison with John Molson School of Business student associations, CMS student volunteers, John Molson School of Business Alumni and Faculty, including Graduate/ Undergraduate program Directors and their respective team members.
- Ensure CMS student volunteers are effectively coordinated for employer events.
- Support Business Development Manager’s outreach efforts through follow-ups with employers about their recruitment activities, job postings, and by accurately tracking initiatives and other projects.
- Develop and execute digital marketing and communications strategies to ensure content is relevant, timely, and language appropriate on all CMS communication channels (Facebook, event calendar, plasma screen, newsletters). Coordinate CMS’s weekly e-news to include student-related and industry activities, workshops, and employer recruitment events in addition to selection of job postings.
- Support CMS database integrity by ensuring all employer contact information is added/updated in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, measuring outcomes, and outlining successes, recommendations and future projects to enhance John Molson School of Business Career Development Program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as required in support of the operation of the unit.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or business management, with at least 2 years of related and event management experience.
- Superior customer relationship management practices and customer service.
- Experience in data management and analysis is an asset.
- Effective interpersonal, and communication capabilities
- Self-motivated team player who is highly organized and able to take initiative, establish priorities and work under pressure in a fast paced in-person and virtual/remote work environment
- Strong capacity for problem solving with time-sensitive challenges and/or shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced use of Orbis, social media platforms, communication and design tools (Canva, Campaign Monitor) and video conferencing solutions (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Blue Jeans, Wonder).
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CMS programming and services offered to internal and external stakeholders is desirable.
- Ability to participate in off-site activities and work outside of normal working hours.
