Prism Industrial Services Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber/Pipefitter to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a Plumber/Pipefitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems in industrial and commercial settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, assemble, and repair piping systems, including water, steam, gas, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
- Cut, thread, fit and bend pipes using various tools and equipment.
- Install and connect piping components, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
- Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing integrity and efficiency of piping systems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to coordinate installation and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Work with welders to complete piping systems.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in plumbing/pipefitting is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Plumber/Pipefitter in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with various tools and equipment used in plumbing and pipefitting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowlegde of ABSA, ASME Codes, PESR, & SCA
- Strong understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems)
