**Parts Advisor**

**Guelph Toyota is** **hiring experienced Parts Advisor(s) for a immediate openings at a established high volume Toyota dealership in the Guelph Auto Mall.**

**If you don't have automotive Parts counter experience, please do not apply.**
- Fulfilling all orders made by retail, internal, and wholesale customers
- Providing customers information regarding vehicle accessories and specials
- Answering incoming calls and quoting orders from wholesale customers
- Organizing orders for shipping or delivery
- Stocking new parts and maintaining parts organization on shelves
- Available to work additional hours if needed to meet busy times during tire season

**Qualifications include**:

- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Motivation and willingness to succeed in a fast pace environment
- Must have Automotive Parts & Service experience
- SERTI DMS system experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of tire busi

**Additional Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identify and research new vendors to expand business opportunities.
- Work with existing vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
- Work with the sales team to identify new products that will meet customer needs.
- Develop new business relationships with existing vendors.
- Develop relationships with other companies within the industry (e.g., distributors, dealerships, etc.)to identify new products that meet customer needs.
- Prepare quotations and order parts from vendors as needed.
- Prepare purchase orders for sales staff as needed.
- Prepare invoices for customers as needed.
- Prepare shipping labels for customers as needed.
- Prepare shipping documents for customers as needed.
