**About Us**
Cranbrook Kia is a leading automotive dealership offering a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles. We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the needs of the customers, including structuring finance deals and securing approval.
- Explain financing programs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of the financial terms.
- Handle all customer queries related to financing and loans, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Offering supplemental protection products for customer vehicle purchases including warranty, insurance and protection packages.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial laws and regulations concerning finance deals and contracts.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring audit compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Automotive Finance experience is a requirement and not negotiable
- Strong understanding of automotive finance calculations and principles.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Software.
