**1) Position**: Pastry cook (available: 3)
- Wage: $17.65/hour
- Types: Full-time, Permanent

**3) Job duties**:

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods (pastry-based items and desserts) on the menus
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Inspect and clean work areas (kitchens and food service areas)
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
