- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction, development, and property management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
