**Duties**:

- Coordinate and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Review project plans and specifications to determine installation requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to schedule installations
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify any potential challenges or obstacles
- Work with clients to identify needs and wants within budgets
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during installations
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards

Qualifications:

- 3 Years experience in project coordinating, installation, or estimation with post-secondary certificate or degree.
- Knowledge of construction codes, and capable of utilizing project management software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision, strong customer relationship management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings a plus
- Clean driver's abstract mandatory.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
