Inside Sales Representative

The Shaw Group is looking to add an energetic and customer service-oriented individual to our Shaw Precast division in the role of **Inside Sales Representative.**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with Shaw Transport with on-time deliveries for precast concrete materials to jobsites within the Maritime Provinces. This often includes notifying them of special move requirements such as over width products and any site restrictions etc.
- Reviewing the manufacturing schedule and coordinating the timely delivery of project specific materials between the production floor, yard staff and the final user on site.
- Updating and maintaining, Customer accounts & sales orders by correctly invoicing, crediting and reconciling inventory levels through Titan and paper records.
- Provide support to the Technical Sales staff by carrying out small project bids, shop drawings, customer coordination and job setup.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Great communication skills.
- Someone with drive and ambition.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A basic understanding of inventory, accounting & dispatching.
- Experience in a Civil or Landscape Construction background will be considered an asset.
- Ability to read & interpret plan sheets will be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism will be considered an asset.
