We are currently looking for a **Data Processing and Job Cost Administrator **to work in a temporary-full time capacity, covering a one-year maternity leave of absence. This role is part of our Project Services team and reports to the Director, HR, Safety and Project Services. There is the possibility for extension beyond the one-year period.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Entering data according to specified format;
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data;
- Transferring data between software;
- Storing, updating and maintaining databases;
- Creating digital records using a scanner;
- Performing general office duties including filing.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two (2) years diversified information & data processing experience is required
- Exceptional attention to detail - Ability to process a large volume of work with a high degree of accuracy;
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks;
- Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills are highly desirable;
- Effective time management: Being organized, able to prioritize based on deadlines and other relevant factors;
- Excellent communications skills: listen, interpret and respond effectively including strong writing skills
- Must be self-motivated and be a supportive team player who can work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Must possess a strong customer service focus;
