**Sommaire du poste**:
Le spécialiste en formation conçoit, présente et évalue les besoins de formation et de développement en appui aux objectifs stratégiques d’affaires. Applique le modèle d’apprentissage pour mettre en place des programmes de formation technique à l’appui des objectifs d’affaires stratégiques. Identifie de manière proactive les meilleures pratiques pour l’avancement de la méthodologie, de l’approche et des outils de formation. Les formations sont axées sur les domaines suivants : fabrication, qualité, maintenance et ingénierie, validation et sécurité environnementale.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Applique le modèle d’apprentissage à tout le site, ce qui comprend l’évaluation des besoins, la conception, la prestation et l’évaluation ;
- Gère des projets avec un programme développé et un plan-cible pour garantir que la mise-en-place respecte les spécifications et les délais de conception de la formation. Présente les propositions de projets de formation technique à la haute direction, selon les besoins ;
- Conçoit et propose des programmes de formation innovants en matière de qualité et de GXP, pour les domaines qui s’appliquent. Les programmes peuvent inclure des modèles, des outils de travail, des évaluations et des listes de contrôle selon les besoins ;
- Identifie les ressources internes/externes pour répondre aux besoins de formation technique du site. Établit et entretient des relations professionnelles avec les clients internes/externes ;
- Conçoit des modules de formation en créant le contenu seul ou en partenariat avec des experts en la matière ;
- Offre un programme de formation pour l’ensemble du site pour soutenir les objectifs stratégiques, par SSE, SAP, cGXP. Assure une surveillance de la conformité pour répondre aux exigences du programme et des procédures de formation ;
- Gère les activités de formation technique afin d’assurer la cohérence et de promouvoir l’amélioration des performances ;
- Collabore avec la direction dans le processus de sélection, le coaching, la formation technique et le développement des compétences en facilitation des formateurs techniques sur le terrain et ou des formateurs de groupes techniques ;
- Assure une conformité pour répondre aux exigences des programmes et des procédures de formation ;
- Conçoit et développe des formations pour formateurs ou formations en ligne pour atteindre les objectifs d’affaires.

Responsabilités supplémentaires:
Gère les aspects de la formation en termes de planification initiale jusqu’au processus final, incluant les coûts et les leçons apprises. Coordonne et facilite les sessions d’orientation des nouveaux employés et consultants. Assure la communication continue avec le site en termes de formation technique ou s’assurer que tous les employés soient informés. Poursuite l’acquisition de connaissances par le biais de la formation en participant à des sessions professionnelles. Met-à-jour les module de formation selon les besoins des unités d’affaires/réglementaires. Agit en tant que consultant dans les domaines déviés pour répondre aux besoins de formation technique. Fournit des résultats aux partie prenantes pour assurer une amélioration continue des objectifs.

**Exigences du postes**:

- Diplôme universitaire (BSc/BA) au minimum et 3-5 d’expérience pertinente en formation dans un environnement réglementé ou une combinaison équivalente d’éducation et expérience pharmaceutique ;
- Doit avoir un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en formation, développement, conception et mise-en-place de cours de formation technique ainsi qu’une très bonne connaissance en pharmaceutique ;
- Très bonne connaissance de Word traitement de texte et documents graphiques, bases de données et présentation/facilitation de programmes en video, TTC sur le Web et apprentissage en ligne ;
- Expérience de formation pertinente acquise au cours des 5 dernières années ;
- Doit faire preuve de niveaux élevés de valeurs et d’intégrité ;
- Travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Capacité à entretenir des relations positives à l’interne et à l’externe ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite et bonnes compétence
