**IT Procurement Specialist**

**Summary**

The Information Technology Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring hardware and software; managing all physical and digital assets of the IT department. Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to work on projects (ie: technology refresh), which could require you to work after hours or weekends.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Procure hardware, software, and contracted services
- Assist with RFQ process
- Manage supplier contract work on site
- Coordinate multiple contractors for the same project
- Coordinate with operations to avoid conflicts with contractors’ work
- Manage IT physical and digital assets:

- Documentation
- Asset Registrations within internal systems and with manufacturers
- Manufacturer Web Portals
- Warranty tracking
- License and contract renewals on a timely basis
- Returns and Repair
- Manage RMA requests and repair
- Warranty replacement and repair
- Manage shipping and receiving of IT physical assets
- Point of contact with utility companies (phone, security, camera, etc.)
- Inventory Replenishments
- Coordinate with Support and Site contacts and maintain accurate inventory
- Hardware, software licenses, and consumables
- Execute Special Projects as assigned
- Analyze annual consumption of toners, photocopies, EDI transaction volume to prepare for contract negotiation

**Required Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing & inventory management in electronics/technology industry
- Post-secondary education in Purchasing and /or Hardware / Networking
- Flexibility to work after hours/weekends when required
