Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or purchases
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track customer orders and repairs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and parts is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating prices, discounts, and taxes
- Ability to negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
