We're looking for a talented Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our IT partners in Customer Service, Sales, business development, and project management. Your main focus will be solving technical and process problems, customizing our system to fit our evolving IT solutions, and ensuring security and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of system components within a team of experts.
- Create design proposals that meet our users' needs.
- Find creative solutions to improve Salesforce usage and meet business requirements.
- Translate Business Requirements into clear instructions for developers.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Design and execute tests based on requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to resolve complex issues.
- Support critical business processes.
- Contribute to improving internal practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce functional analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its implementations.
- Familiarity with the sales process.
- Collaborative team player who builds relationships with users and IT professionals.
- Bilingual in French and English.
