Job Description: As an Infor XA Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and solutions within the Infor XA ERP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the successful integration and implementation of the Infor XA system to support business goals. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation using Infor XA. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Design, configure, and test Infor XA modules and applications to meet specific business needs. Provide support and training to end-users on Infor XA functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides. Work closely with IT and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Infor XA with other systems. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest Infor XA updates, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in projects related to Infor XA system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Infor XA ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Infor XA modules, including COM/CSM, PDM/EPDM, PUR/PM, MPSP, MRP/MP, IM/MM, and OBPM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in project management and leading system implementations is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
