**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Some snow shovelling, raking of leaves etc.
- Power washing exterior structures / windows etc
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees by watering, weeding, and fertilizing as needed.
- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration throughout different seasons.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Assist in the planting of new flowers, shrubs, or trees as part of seasonal landscaping projects.
- Keep all equipment in good working order through regular maintenance and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in gardening is a plus.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all tasks performed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
