**Plant Manager Responsibilities**:

- **Consistently monitor work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Provide excellent service to customers
- Operate ready-mix plant to ensure quality concrete production
- Batch using our state-of-the-art software
- Take orders over the phone and schedule concrete deliveries
- Supervise and dispatch trucks to fulfill order requirements
- Supervise and lead employees
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary Range**: $80,000 - $125,000

Final salary based on qualifications & experience.
