One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Industrial Millwright for their plant in Hanover, ON for their facility.

Shift: Day, Afternoon or Night

Main Duties

  • Dismantle and set up production equipment as required, including executing changeovers according to the production schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve various mechanical problems as they arise.
  • Offer assistance to other maintenance personnel, including Electricians and Power Engineers.
  • Execute routine tasks independently. Report any issues that could impact production to the Production or Maintenance Manager.
  • Serve as an advisor to Machine Operators in the event of non-mechanical issues.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a 433A license.
  • Preferably possess 2-5 years of experience, especially within the food industry.
  • Background in fabrication is essential.
  • Experience in machine and equipment installation and repair is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in stainless steel fabrications and repair is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform tasks after regular working hours with minimal supervision.
