Do you have a passion for analyzing data and providing insights that drive business decisions? In this role you will support the Sales team in achieving their objectives by providing analytics, making recommendations based on various sales activities related to their accounts and by actively overseeing POS and inventory levels

**A day in the life as a Sales Analyst**:

- Produce and analyze various recurring and ad hoc sales reports and provide relevant insights (ie. shipment, inventory, forecast, POS reporting), including insights to drive improvements in forecast accuracy.
- Update POS and ship dashboards.
- Assist Account Managers with the wave management process in an effort to improve speed-to-market of new styles and assortments within collectable items.
- Provide and analyze POS and shipment data to support Director in the setting of financial objectives and creation of business plans.
- Monitor and analyse inventory status across the chain in order to ensure optimal levels and to manage warehouse flow. Support the Account Managers by identifying product shortages and overstocks.
- Monitor and track performance of key, top items (ie. critical and media items).
- On import side of the business, conduct replenishment analysis with Account Managers and make recommendations on timing for writing of orders.
- Assist in the set up and execution of all account documentation such as quote sheets, cost change forms, maintenance of UPC database and fact cards/images.
- Assist in planogram creation and other out of aisle drawings as needed by the sales team.
- Coordinate sample orders as the need arises for promotional activations, annual vendor shows and charitable donations.
- In consultation with team, update account spend tracker.
- Provide post-analysis results on ad and event performance.
- Assist with online analysis as well as uploading of content and images.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Analyst in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, providing insights that support business decisions.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adept at multi-tasking and meeting established timelines in a fast-paced environment.
