**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning & Execution**: Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment on all job sites.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project details, costs, and progress, and prepare reports for management.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- **Certifications**:

- WHMIS is mandatory.
- Fall Protection Certification is mandatory.
- COR Certification is highly desirable.
- WAH is mandatory.
- Red Seal Certification is an asset.
- Any other certifications such as RRO (Registered Roof Observer), BES (Building Envelope Certification), Technical or Manufacturer Certification, Crane or Hoisting Operator Certification, or Forklift Certification are considered an asset.
