**Position: Customer Service Representative**

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in assisting our advisors provide the best service available to our customers. If you have what it takes to provide the Best Experience for our clients and want to join an amazing team we want to hear from you.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- .Greet customers in a professional manner and with a friendly tone
- Manage rental vehicle check in and check out
- Provide valet service for our customers when required
- Perform quality checks on customer vehicles when repairs are complete
- Dress customer vehicles and park for tech before entering the shop
- Handle incoming calls to help with customer appointments and also outgoing calls
- Bring a positive attitude to the team

**Requirements**:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time well and manage stress well enough to keep a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with team members to achieve common goals
- Ability to be proactive while also being able to be a very passive support player when the situation demands it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS B2W 2M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
