Victoria Speech and Language Centre is seeking a rockstar Speech Pathologist for in-person services.
- We are a Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy private practice in Victoria, BC (Canada) and we are excited to add a part time or full time Speech Pathologist to our dynamic team We are proud to be a neurodiversity-affirming safe space that provides excellent evidence-based speech-language services and occupational therapy to children and adults._

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered (or eligible to be registered) Speech-Language Pathologist (RSLP) with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHBC.)
- We welcome new grads with our extensive mentoring and support New graduates are hired as employees.
- **This position is in-clinic with some community work that may also require travel so having reliable transport is preferrred but not required.**_

**Clients**

Work with an extremely varied population from 2yrs - adult with a large range of speech needs: Autism, apraxia, articulation, language, developmental delays, fluency, voice, neurological rehab etc.

**Work environment**

We have 2 brand new multi room clinics with all the materials provided for you at your fingertips We also have a brand new 1000 sq ft OT sensory gym at our Glanford Ave location which can be used by SLPs as well for those clients that benefit from movement. We have a brand new office with large OT gym coming to our Westshore location in October 2024.

**Job Type**

Flexible schedule: 8-40 hours / week depending on your availability.

You will have flexibility in your own hours and make meaningful change while working with a team of professionals all dedicated to an exceptional client experience. Enabling you to do the clinical work you love, whilst our admin duo manages all of the marketing, office management and administrative tasks.

**Salary**

Compensation ranges between $57-$97.50, depending on your experience and whether employed as an employee or joining as a contractor (experienced SLP option).
