Digital Marketing Specialist, Lead Generation

**Marketing - ON, Canada - Full Time**:
Execute Centric Software’s lead generation digital marketing strategy in North America. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Lead on the Americas Field Marketing team.
A Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on lead generation should have good working knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing analytics and be able to review campaign engagement results and industry statistics to make recommendations on campaign improvements that will lead to increased engagement and lead generation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collect relevant and reliable campaign data to analyze performance.
- Convert data into meaningful and actionable insights to help the team maximize the effectiveness of marketing tactics.
- Research and document internal, competitive and market analysis to improve multi-channel campaign frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Utilize Machine Learning to identify patterns and make strategic predictions.
- Visualize data within various forms of reporting and dashboards.
- Measure and report campaign performance and identify areas of improvement and opportunity based on regional goals (ROI and KPIs).
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years’ experience working or interning in digital marketing with a B2B SaaS company
- Proclivity toward data science, mathematics and business. Data-driven thinking
- Working knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), AI tools (e.g. Chat Open AI), and Excel
- Full understanding of engagement metrics across all digital platforms
- Working experience with B2B marketing tactics using Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Zoom. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- SEO/SEM, Google AdWords and database segmentation
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, detailed, and oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment
- Highly hands-on and a born-doer: this is a DIY company
- Strong desire to grow and enhance digital MarTech career growth
- Advanced or Fluent English
