**Job Summary**

The CPS has exemplary product knowledge that is taught to clients and perspective clients. They maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive devices and products. The CPS performs demonstrations which have been assigned to them from the sales representatives. CPS encourage consumable sales through education and direction. CPS educate accounts using the PEP (practice enhancement program) tools.

Typical working conditions include home based work, extensive travel plus evening or weekend work.

**Compensation**:
Bimonthly salary plus, commission on consumable sales, and a yearly performance-based bonus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clinical Support: _
- Train accounts how to use the Xcite Tech family of products effectively and safely in person on site at their clinic or location
- Maintain a high level of customer service and contact with all customers in the region
- Contact accounts on a scheduled basis for a clinical “touch” point
- Meet clients via Zoom for clinical sessions
- Hold hands on workshops in various areas demonstrating and teaching clinical treatments
- Recommend complementary Xcite Tech products and services that the customer would benefit from
- Practice Support: _
- Assist customers with practice enhancement as required using the PEP tools
- Walk customers through the store post training, to ensure they place their first order for consumables (commissionable)
- Contact customers in the region to stimulate consumable sales and best practices for consumable use (commissionable)
- Field Support: _
- Conduct demonstrations for products and devices that have been assigned by the sales manager
- Understand competitive landscape and be able to discuss with prospects the benefits of Xcite Tech, technology in comparison to other devices and products
- Assist with field calls with the sales rep, acting as their clinical expert for the day
- Availability, Support_
- Work from home with established work hours on assignments and complete a weekly report of logged hours to the manager
- Accept calls from clients and reps during business hours and in the case of emergencies
- Travel will be excessive and schedule must be flexible to allow for last minute needs of the company and its clients
- Travel primarily within in predetermined region. Some international travel as required
- Attend any conferences or trade shows as needed
- Support the efforts of the sales team by taking phone calls from prospective clients if necessary and by visiting accounts who are in need of assistance post sale
- Maintain open communication with colleagues internationally sharing information and ideas
- Quality Assurance Product Knowledge_
- Ensure all necessary reports that are provided to the clinical director are accurate and timely
- Liaise with Clinical Director regularly to exchange feedback and information
- Attend any periodic seminars or training sessions
- Keep abreast of the industry and new technologies (especially competitors)
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for Xcite Tech technologies and products. Must understand and be able to articulate the information to clients, media and prospects

**Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements**:

- Aesthetician diploma or skin technician
- College or University education
- Minimum practice experience of 2 years is preferred
- Previous experience with capital equipment is a plus
- Must speak English
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a passport (able to travel)
- Must have the physical dexterity to perform treatments on patients

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
