Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students preparing for tests
- Develop personalized study plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses
- Teach test-taking strategies and techniques to improve performance
- Create and administer practice tests to assess progress
- Monitor and track students' progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' educational needs
- Utilize computerized resources and educational software to enhance learning experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in education, tutoring, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children or in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with computerized learning tools and resources
- Special education experience or training is a plus

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong organizational skills to track student progress and manage tutoring sessions effectively
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
