**Field Specialist**

Location : Great Montreal Area and Province of Quebec

Mechanical engineering technologist, Millwright, technical expert, mechanical thinker, this position is for you

You will be our ears, eyes and hands on the field. You will work closely with our business developers and our customer service team, to provide solutions that will help the customer exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities/Tasks**

Working either from the office, your home or at customer’s sites you will have to:

- Follow up on opportunities
- Collecting data (VMI, measures)
- Solve problems
- Analyse the situation and propose the right solution
- Assist the customer in understanding - and sometime installing - our products
- Provide training on our products and their maintenance to small groups

**What you need**:

- Trading school or mechanical experience
- Sales or customer service experience is a definite asset
- Comfortable with computers,
- Technical mind set,
- Personable, empathetic, curious and fearless.
