**Job Description**:
**Work schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift**
**Travel (80% of the time on the road)**
**Territory **:Northern Ontario**
**Full time permanent position**
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing the used car purchasing facet of the Kenny U-Pull **Northern Ontario market (Sudbury, North Bay) **by developing strong relationships with suppliers and constantly searching for new clients. You will work closely with the call center and logistics team and strive to surpass purchasing objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage existing B2B accounts within the assigned territory (40%);
- Prospect and develop new accounts (60%);
- Solicit clients and develop your own client base (dealers, garages, auction houses, etc.);
- Build solid relationships within the automobile and recycling industry;
- Analyze sales data and carry out other administrative duties associated with the sales function;
- Participate in industry or promotional events (auction, car shows, etc) to cultivate customer relationships;
- Negotiate purchasing terms;
- Communicate effectively with other departments;
- Occasional travel outside of assigned territory.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in the Automotive Industry considered an asset;
- At least 5 years of sales experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in business development;
- Field sales experience;
- Experience closing sales in a fast-moving industry;
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs;
- Ability to cover a 2 hour territory (100km) from home office;
- Valid G driver’s licence and good driving record.
